Of the single. Sub Violet says: “The song is about feeling uncertainty from a relationship perspective while still clinging onto hope for a bright future. The lyrics were written after we produced most of the instrumental which allowed me to have a clear vision on what direction I wanted the lyrics to go and where I wanted to draw inspiration from. Inspiration comes from fictional characters in my head as well as others and personal experiences.”
