Classically-trained artist TATYANA shares her quirky new anthem ‘OOT’. The new single is taken from her forthcoming EP Shadow on the Wall.

Trained as a harpist, the English and Russian talent found her prospects forever changed following a 2018 detour into an underground London rave. Inspired by the community and liberation she encountered there, she made it her goal to create her own music and connect with such an audience.

Following in the wake of her debut ‘Wild Card’ and recent outing ‘Shadow on the Wall’, new single ‘OOT’ only further solidifies TATYANA as one to watch. Existing in the same hyper-pop vein as Charli XCX but with more of the R&B-tinged commerciality of Kim Petras, ‘OOT’ conjured a charming naivety with its autotune vocal and analogue synths. However it is its simple, catchy melody which solidifies its status as an ear-worm.

“I wrote “OOT” as an anthem for summoning good energy,” shares TATYANA of her latest release. “When Issy Wharton and I made the video we wanted it to have witchy vibes – girls casting spells and dancing. It’s a celebration of play and feminine friendship.”

‘OOT’ is available now via Sinderlyn. TATYANA’s new EP Shadow on the Wall is to be released 17th July.
