With her forthcoming debut EP being wrapped up during lockdown, French artist LUHA teases her dreamy sound with new single ‘Call You Back’.
Originally from Saint-Nazaire, Lea – woman behind the moniker – upped sticks after two years house-sharing in London and bought a one-way ticket to the Parisian suburbs where she began creating demos. The following nationwide lockdown proved the perfect opportunity for her to hone in on her sound with her friends from local band Coral Pink.
Conjuring thoughts of Melody’s Echo Chamber, LUHA’s single ‘Call You Back’ is a dreamy concoction of softly sparkling synths and hazy guitar work. Her voice only serves to enhance this atmosphere as it hazily dances around the arrangement. It is a stellar introduction to her sound.
