Tim Atlas returns with the psychadelic pop of new single ‘Cold Shoulder’. The first track to be teased from his forthcoming third EP following last year’s collection, Together Lonely.
Oakland-born and L.A-based, the rising singer-songwriter channels woozy R&B undertones and dreamy psychedelic touches for a wonderfully encompassing experience. “I have a background in photography, so I’ve been making art similar to the video for a while now, but I never really dived into animation,” shares Atlas. “So, upon learning a few tricks in the final cut, I just locked myself up and spent 8-10 hours a day for a little over a week cutting stock images, stitching them together, and finding a way to make them move in interesting ways”.
