West Midlands based artist The New Consistent shares fascinating new single ‘All That We’ve Got’
Emerging West Midlands based rapper The New Consistent shares empowering new single, ‘All That We’ve Got’.
Witty and armed with personality throughout its arrangement, the new single is clearly stating its The New Consistent’s best release to date.
Detailing more about the release, TNC tells us, “This song kinda comes from the mind of an over-thinker. It’s basically me explaining my experiences and thoughts in times where I should be letting go and enjoying myself.
I tend to get trapped in my head when I’m socialising and lose my sense of reality in the moment, whereas these are moments that I should be most cherishing and relaxing in – its a strange one.
I think especially cos of lockdown, people have found it a bit strange being able to socialise more suddenly, we’ve been so used to doing it on a screen that we need time to adjust back to normality again, it can get quite overwhelming.
Apart from my personal headspace around the song, It’s also me just trying to push out a message of unity and looking out for each other, for obvious reasons, with the current state of the world that we find ourselves in.”
Poetic and performed with style, this hip-hop infused number also is influenced by the likes of neo-jazz and soul.
Summer vibes are strong with this one and comes across as easily an anthem for those warm, cosy nights.
