The track adds a whole new dimension and intensity to their lauded single
Following on from us showering Jane N’ The Jungle‘s latest EP Life of the Party, with critical acclaim in our review (which you can read here), the band have released an acoustic version of it’s stellar title track that adds a whole new dimension and atmospheric intensity to the track while maintaining their creative and one-of-a-kind appeal.
The new version of the track uncovers something increasingly raw and rugged within a sound that is already packed full of darkness and immersive appeal, packing a really potent punch that really brings out a new kind of emotion and intensity throughout lyrics surrounding themes like addiction and obsession. The toxicity and angst found throughout the track roar to life with a vengeance through Jordan White’s fierce vocals that just seem to escalate and escalate as the track progresses alongside Brian Dellis’s powerful guitar. The new version of the track feels almost like a beast unto itself, and continues to highlight the sheer ferocity and power that Jane N’ The Jungle possess, even when stripped back to their raw materials.
