Chloe Rodgers is a name that hasn’t been around long but is rapidly earning a following due to her vocal prowess and her uniquely ethereal sound. Since the release of her 2020 debut release ‘A Delphian Lullaby’, the artist has been building on and expanding her sound with her rousing and engaging releases.
Her latest single ‘Bones’, is the third release from her upcoming four track EP Back To The Quay. The vibrant new release sees the artist return to a more electronic sound, bringing with it a real sense of life and energy. Chloe’s effortless talents seem to shine through regardless of the setting, and whether she takes a more laid back route in her sound on a track or something altogether more energetic, there is a really unique x factor that she possesses, and it feels like we’ve only reached the trip of the iceberg when it comes to the Nottingham upstart.
Speaking about the release, Chloe said, “I love this song, I can’t wait to perform it. The lyrics are quite political in a sort of abstract way. The darkness of it makes it so fun. It was a great day when we finished it. Adding the harmonies was my favourite part of the production.”
