Following in the wake of their recent single ‘Deandra Moore’, ‘Can’t Care Too Much’ adds a bit of spring to Goldensuns’ step. Literally a band of brothers, Chase, Jantzen and Weston Meier have a deft knack for creating songs that are both fresh and nostalgic.
Capturing the same essence as Deerhunter and Unknown Mortal Orchestra with their hazy tone and dreamy guitar work, the light melodies catch a carefree breeze as they dance across the brisk beats. Lyrically musing on people who take like a little too seriously, with their latest single Goldensuns also endeavour that you take them just as such.
