James Cherry explores redemption on ‘Come Around’

UK-based James Cherry has followed the success of previous single 'Little Luck' with new effort 'Come Around'.

We appreciate it when things link up…

UK-based James Cherry has followed the success of previous single ‘Little Luck’ with new effort ‘Come Around’.

The two tracks are interlinked in terms of lyrics, music and even artwork. “In the Little Luck artwork you have a hand reaching out of a hellish backdrop trying to pull the Come Around hand out of its peaceful and tranquil setting, and vice verse” says James.

The track see’s James’ vocals front and centre as he navigates through the track, with such strong pipes, we won’t be surprised to see James in the charts within the next few years.

Speaking on the track James explains that “this is a metaphor for where my head was at when I was writing each of the songs…Come Around comes from a place of redemption and acceptance while Little Luck is about the devilish place I’ve just come from – a place that feels so easy to fall back into. Sometimes I feel like my brain is pushing and pulling me in and out of both worlds.”
