Born in Abu Dhabi, raised in the Philippines and living in California, the 20 year old singer songwriter has seen quite a bit of the world. First turning her hand to making music when her father passed away when she was 14, her method of coping turned into a passion in its own right.
With an intent to spread “positive vibes”, Laica’s new single ‘Nobody Else But You’ is a pure and unabashed pop song. Imbued with bright and bouncy synths and soft chimes, the track sees Laica profess her adoration of another as she navigates her feelings. Offset by her soft coos, it is the perfect introduction to her sound.
