MarthaGunn return with their brand new single ‘It’s Over’. The track comes with the announcement of their newly rescheduled 2020 ‘Caught Up & Confused’ tour to October this year.

Following in the wake of their previous release ‘We Don’t Need Each Other’, ‘It’s Over sees the band at their irresistibly toe-tapping beats. With playful, Haim-esque rhythms and melodies, the track is of an unbridled disposition and the perfect antidote to the isolation blues.

“I’m not one to stick around in an unhappy relationship,” shares vocalist Abi Woodman. “I can’t help but think that a lot of us are probably stuck in a situation we’d rather not be in. It took me a while, but when I realised my self-worth my expectations became higher. Following my heart and finding freedom and happiness is something I will never regret.

“This led me to writing ‘It’s Over’,” she continues. “For a change I wanted to make an upbeat, happy sounding song about a breakup. Because sometimes it’s the best thing that can happen to you.”

‘It’s Over’ is available now via Communion Records.
