Indie rock duo Hypothetical reveal vivid single ‘Friends’
Hypothetical grew up together outside of Philadelphia, the duo create music from Atlanta and Miami.

Speaking about the new release, Hypothetical share: “Friends” is an answer to the age-old question of whether or not Exes can be friends. Some people believe it’s possible and others don’t.
Our take on it is you can be “friendly” and cordial with someone you used to have intimate and serious relations with, but you can never truly be friends after it’s all said and done.
Since most relationships that get to a serious level are based off of being best friends, this is a difficult reality to accept.”
Adding to the release, Hypothetical explain: “This song is a reaction to our last EP, which showed our softer side.
It’s the first of a series of singles that are higher tempo/jammier rock. These songs will definitely translate live and make people move.”
