Kelli-Leigh returns with sassy, smooth visuals for latest anthem ‘Whiskey Midnight’
Continuing her successful career with memorability and flair, Kelli-Leigh’s latest single ‘Whiskey Midnight’ is turning heads to say the least. Known for her stunning soundscapes and danceable rhythm, the latest release explores Kelli-Leigh’s sound more intimately.
The song is accompanied by a pre-lockdown filmed video, which Kelli-Leigh edited herself. Sticking to it’s roots throughout, the visuals use strong, elegant imagery towards the track.
On the visuals, Kelli-Leigh stated, “I shot the video in a really cool space in East London. I had Rihanna Te Amo as a strong inspiration for the colouring, and Alex Crane the director smashed it with the lighting and composition”.
‘Whiskey Midnight’ fuses subtle synths and hypnotic rhythms to create a sleazy, downtempo hit. Using a brightly coloured palette, the visuals are a captivating look into the need for solo love.
Telling the tale of thinking about someone you can’t get out of your head, Kelli-Leigh’s enchanting release will leave you breathless.
