‘Hands In The Heat’ is the new summery daydream by SIDES

It's reminiscence at its finest!

It’s reminiscence at its finest!

Joyful reminiscence at its finest, indie pop duo SIDES share the fun, summery sound of brand new bop ‘Hands In The Heat’.

Their first release in a whole three years, the single is a welcome return from the London-based pair. Stuck in lockdown courtesy of COVID-19 and feeling the frustration in the landlocked British capital, the twosome found themselves dreaming of their childhood seaside towns both in Britain and also Australia.

Describing the track as if “early Michael Jackson has been left to warp in the sun”, ‘Hands In The Heat’ is a spritely squirming reprieve thanks to its restless synths and playful beats. Propelled forth by a funky bassline and whimsically dreamy vocal, it succeeds in its mission to decamp listeners elsewhere.
