Emerging with an aura of mysterious intrigue back in 2017, the Los Angeles-based artist has been lying low in the time since after garnering notable attention, honing his sound to its current potent best. Topped with striking vocal (falsetto if you please), new outing ‘Find Yourself’ is a stunning retro-inflected piece of pop, layered with bright synths and toe-tapping beats.
“As humans, we all seek to define our identity. It’s a lifelong journey,” shares Thunder Jackson of his new track, the video for which was directed by MTV Music Video Award nominated Dano Cerney. “Some days we feel we know exactly who we are. Others, we don’t recognise the person in the mirror. And that’s what ‘Find Yourself’ is all about.
“It’s a song for the lost, a song for the found, and a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles to find ourselves.”
