In a bid to be 100% transparent, dear reader, our sister company BORN directed, filmed and produced this music video. We had a great time up in Newcastle in the cold, wind and rain – and hopefully, you’ll be pleased with the result.
Twist Helix have been close in our hearts for quite some time now, lead vocalist Bea’s vocals have a somewhat operatic theme to them that we can’t get enough of. Plus, there’s synths… lots and lots of them. There’s very little not to like!
‘Newcastle’ itself is a track that’s close to the band – who are based in Newcastle and, partly, from there too. The track takes you on a journey through the city and is quite emotive… even more so now there are some visuals to go with it.
