It’s out today via Chess Club!
Uxbridge four-piece Bloxx have finally dropped their long-anticipated debut album! The release comes with news of a 2021 UK tour.
Out now via Chess Club, Lie Out Loud is the culmination of four years hard graft for the band that has seen them go from strength to strength, gaining praise and moving up the bills of the festival circuit.
Featuring fan favourites ‘Go Out With You’, ‘Coming Up Short’, ‘Thinking About Yourself’ and ‘Off My Mind’, Bloxx dropped their latest single ‘5000 Miles’ to coincide with the album release.
“I wrote the lyrics to ‘5000 Miles’ 35,000 ft in the air, on a flight back from New York where I had just met my girlfriend for the first time,” shares vocalist Fee Booth. “I was drinking red wine and crying. It’s an heir to love and lust and how it can be hard in the beginnings of a long distance relationship where you’re thousands of miles away from each other! It’s a fun-take on it.”
Both the band and fans will be able to celebrate the release of Lie Out Loud with their biggest UK tour yet in 2021. All dates below, tickets available now!
