2019 was a big one, but 2020 is set to be even bigger for Docksuns.
With a mission to play Glasto in a Sunderland shirt, Docksuns are becoming an unstoppable indie force.
With a raw, grit to them, paired with a powerful and fierce attitude, the track does well to grip from the offset. The raspy vocals and hard-hitting chorus follow up as the finisher and by the end of the track you have no choice but to be a fan of the band.
Lyrically, the track tells a tale of an ex who became a popstar. The track has a cutting attitude towards fame, in favour for home over the big, bright lights. But, maybe they’ll change their mind as with rock’n’roll this good, they’re sure to be up there in the lights soon enough.
