The track does a really nice job of continuing to showcase the artist’s thoughtful lyrics and the way that they compliment her gorgeous sound. With her stripped-back folk-pop style adding to the vulnerability and candid nature of the track, as the artist spills her guts and intimately reveals the worries and doubts that flood her thoughts. The track is the latest in a line of emotionally resonant and endearing releases from Fran, and with her album set for release next summer, we will be eagerly waiting to hear what else the artist has in store for us.
