The new release showcases an outfit broadening their horizons.

From its dominating bassline to frontman Harrison Swann’s powerful and distinctive vocals, latest Talk Show release ‘Cold House’ is a track that feels as industrial and raucous and is does danceable and irresistible.

Having spent the bulk of the pandemic in limbo, stopping and starting, the outfit have re-evaluated and come back with some of their most thought-provoking and exciting work to date. ‘Cold House’ continues to develop the sound of the hotly-tipped outfit, while scaling back some of the darkness of their other work and broadening their horizons. The result is a sound that feels distinctly their own, and having cited influences like old soul records, electronic music, DJ sets on Boiler Room, MF Doom, the Beastie Boys, and The Chemical Brothers, Talk Show have never felt more expansive and fresh.

“I wanted to write something big but less dark and focussed on those noughties bands coming out of New York.” Harrison says of the track. “They were absolutely having it. Honestly I can’t wait to play to play this to a crowd”
