The first music to come from the duo following their second album.

Following the success of their sophomore album Future Perfect, Present Tense, Ten Fé are back hitting us with new music once again. This time it comes in the shape of double A-side ‘Candidate’/’Heaven Sent Me’

The partnership between the duo seems stronger than ever too, as their distinct vocals interweave with one another as they both play a part in the tracks momentum.

If you’re a fan of their Americana-esque pop sounds, then you won’t be disappointed here.

Speaking on the track, the duo explain, “Candidate is a song about wanting the person you’re with to commit to you, the relationship, to life. It’s about losing patience with them and their cold feet, ultimately because they’re not sure of who they are: “what’s the point in waiting when you’re not sure what you’re waiting for?” … its saying “JUMP IN! This could be wicked”. Heaven Sent Me is about realising that all you’ve been searching for is right under your nose, and you’ve had it all along. It’s very close to certain of the second album’s themes of finding truth in the places that you least expect it to be. It’s an epiphany that you can be who you wanna be by just being who you are – “I’ve found my cadence and my key, there’s no where left for me to be”
