Circa Waves have announced details of their own cider brand ‘Cider Waves’, brewed in collaboration with Fowey Valley Cider. The collaboration also includes a commitment to planting an orchard of apple trees to offset the carbon footprint from their forthcoming sold out UK tour.

Talking about the collaboration Circa Waves frontman Kieran Shudall says:

‘We’re very excited to announce we offsetting our carbon footprint for touring. It’s something we feel is so important for artists to get involved in and the added bonus is that we are planting apple trees to make our very own Circa Cider.’

A silent disco hosted by the band (6th March, East London location TBA) will mirror their upcoming album Sad Happy, as The DJ’s will play one Happy playlist and one Sad playlist with attendees able to flick between the two. You can sign up for tickets here

Sad Happy is out March 13th, released individually as ‘Sad’ and ‘Happy’. ‘Happy’ was released earlier this year and is available to stream here. The ‘Sad’ side will be united with the ‘Happy’ side to form the full physical ‘Sad Happy’ release on CD and vinyl formats.
