Savages’ Jehnny Beth announces debut solo album To Love Is To Live

Out May 8th, it will feature new single ‘Flower’

Savages’ Jehnny Beth is releasing her debut album this year.

To Love Is To Live will feature from Romy Madley Croft (The xx), Joe Talbot (IDLES) and Cillian Murphy (Peaky Blinders and stuff).

New single ‘Flower’ follows last year’s stand alone ‘Im The Man’ single and is “written about a pole dancer at notorious strip club Jumbo’s Clown Room in Los Angeles, “Flower” details the complicated depths of sexuality tangled in a fever dream reverie of desire and loss.”

Her recent releases have included brilliant collaborations with the likes of PJ Harvey, The xx, Anna Calvi, Gorillaz, and Julian Casablancas, making the Savages frontwoman’s even more exciting.
