If you’re not familiar with TTRRUUCES then this is about to be one hell of an introduction.
New track ‘I’m Alive’ might be new to the general public, but it already has a big following thanks to its inclusion on the latest FIFA soundtrack. Now, it’s out and it’s been paired with some pretty insane visuals.
The track is a real turning point in the narrative that the band has created for their debut album. ‘Sadie’ and ‘Syd’ have both escaped from their previous directionless lives and embarked upon an otherworldly adventure. They experienced the TTRRUUCES blue pill, leitmotiv of the record, which induced a descent to hell for them with the powerful bad trip in the eponymous track, and the mechanical whirlwind of Evil Elephant. They are now together on a path towards happiness and freedom.
The video for the track sees the duo go off on a pretty eventful road trip through the virtual world. Expect plenty of colours and a lot of detail. The level of detail that’s gone into this is unreal.
